  • We’ll tailor the workshop duration to suit your goals, ranging from 2 hours to a half-day, full-day, or multi-day session, depending on your needs.

  • A customised proposal and quote will be provided based on your requirements. Our programmes typically start at $3,000, with a minimum of 20 participants.

Consultation Call

We’ll start with a 30-minute call to understand your team’s goals and challenges. This helps us tailor the workshop with the right strategies to meet your needs.

StrengthsFinder Assessment

2 weeks before the workshop, everyone in the team will complete the 30-minute online CliftonStrengths assessment. This allows us to compile the team grid and ensures the workshop address real team dynamics.

Team Workshop

In a safe, engaging and hands-on environment, we’ll facilitate activities to help everyone be aware of teams strengths and triggers

Workshop Debrief & Support

We’ll wrap up with a debrief to highlight key insights and next steps. You’ll get a clear action plan with measurable indicators to track progress, with the option for follow-up sessions to keep the momentum going.

Audrey Low is a seasoned facilitator and coach with over a decade of experience, specialising in StrengthsFinder to help individuals enhance self-awareness, build trust, and strengthen relationships—both personally and professionally.

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Newfield Ontological Coach. Her expertise extends to coaching and training in Gallup StrengthsFinder, SoundWave, Trust at Work, and Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Having led over 200 workshops across the education, government, corporate, and start-up sectors, her trust-based approach equips teams to navigate complex dynamics and drive measurable impact through stronger, more connected teams.
