Audrey Low is a seasoned facilitator and coach with over a decade of experience, specialising in StrengthsFinder to help individuals enhance self-awareness, build trust, and strengthen relationships—both personally and professionally.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Newfield Ontological Coach. Her expertise extends to coaching and training in Gallup StrengthsFinder, SoundWave, Trust at Work, and Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Having led over 200 workshops across the education, government, corporate, and start-up sectors, her trust-based approach equips teams to navigate complex dynamics and drive measurable impact through stronger, more connected teams.
